Aldar Launches Saadiyat Reserve The Dunes

• 83 four- and five-bedroom villas open for sale to all nationalities

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 30 June 2021: Aldar Properties (‘Aldar’) announced today the launch of the last phase of Saadiyat Reserve, the company’s latest residential community in the heart of Saadiyat Island. While the first phase of Saadiyat Reserve offered villa plots, the last phase offers customers of all nationalities the convenience of four- and five-bedroom villas. Prices for four-bedroom villas start from AED 6.49 million and span 539 sqm, while five-bedroom villas start from AED 7.99 million and range from 637 sqm to 686 sqm. Based on customer feedback and the latest home trends, each villa has a study and both wet and dry kitchens.

In line with Aldar’s commitment to the UAE’s In-Country Value (ICV) programme, there will be a significant focus on sourcing building materials for the project locally in order to reduce carbon emissions. High insulants and solar reflective material used will help to reduce heat absorption and retention to create a cooler environment with less need for AC usage. Villas will also have an efficient solar water heating system in order to reduce electrical consumption.
